Electric vehicle charging infrastructure to benefit your building and your community
With the Green Bank’s C-PACE program, owners can fund EV charging infrastructure for employees, tenants, and customers. You can bundle EV charging with other green solutions, including solar and energy-efficiency measures.
Program highlights

Charge or offer free

Build for the future
EV charging infrastructure can also be included in C-PACE new construction financing projects.
How it works
Building owners work with a contractor to develop clean energy projects, including EV charging infrastructure, lighting, HVAC, insulation, motors, pumps, solar panels, and other upgrades. The Green Bank or another qualified capital provider finances the project, and repayment is made through an assessment placed on the property.
Federal tax credits and utility incentives
The CT EV Charging Program is available for qualifying commercial and industrial Eversource and UI electric service customers. Commercial properties that install new EV charging infrastructure may also benefit from federal tax incentives.
