Home Solutions
We offer residential financing through the Smart-E program with loans up to $50,000 for a wide range of eligible upgrades, including:
- EV chargers
- Electric service upgrades
- Knob and tube
- Retrofitting electrical wiring
- Elevating or relocating equipment
- Solar PV and battery storage
Building Solutions
We also offer financing for commercial energy projects via our C-PACE program, which can be used to finance up to 100% of a project, including EV charging infrastructure, solar PV, and battery storage. C-PACE can be used at non-residential properties such as offices, manufacturers, houses of worship, and more.
Energy Storage Solutions
Through the Energy Storage Solutions program, residential and commercial property owners in Eversource and UI service areas can receive incentives to add battery storage. The program provides upfront and performance based incentives to reduce the installation costs.
